- Ceramic bowl/Gyuvetche
- Microwave oven
- Slice the potato, carrot and red pepper.
- Cut the leaves of parsley
- Put all veggies to the ceramic bowl/gyuvetche.
- Add the salt and butter on the top.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook in the microwave oven for 15 mins. on the highest power.
- Release and add the black pepper on the top.
