Simple bacon stew ( Kavarma)
- Gas cooker
- Peel and cut the onion on tin slices.
- Cut plum tomatoes in half.
- In a pan slightly pre-cook the beacon ( 5-7 min.)
- At the same time preheat sunflower oil in a pot and stew the onion and plum tomatoes ( 5-17 min.)
- Add the bacon in a pot. Add the black paper, red wine, and hot water.
- Cook with lid for 15 minutes.
- Release and add CBD hemp oil (Optional). Stir gently.
