Shepherd's salad

Nice summer salad. Fresh and healthy.

  • Deep Bowl


  • 4 Vine tomatoes
  • ½ Cucumber
  • ½ Pepper Red of Green- doesn't matter
  • Bunch parsley
  • 50 g Pitted black olives
  • 4 Spring onion
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 100 g White Bulgarian or Greek salad cheese
  • 4 ¾ tsp CBD hemp oil Optional


  • Wash and drain veggies.
  • Chop the tomatoes, onion and parsley, Slice the pepper and cucumber.
  • Put all veggies in the bowl. Add the olives.
  • Add vinegar and olive oil. If you prefer to use CBD hemp oil add only 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • Add CBD hemp oil (Optional)
  • Stir gently the mixture.
  • Grate the cheese on the top.


Serve immediately. A good partner of Bulgarian rakia, Vodka or Turkish Yeni raki at the table.
