
Shells with Rice
A lovely recipe from my childhood years with sense of sea.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Midsize Onion
- 2 C Shells
- 1 C Long grain rice
- 1 ds Black pepper
- 3 Bay leaf
- 4 3/4 tsp CBD hemp oil (Optional)
Instructions
- Wash one cup of rise.
- Take off liquid from Shells.
- Put oil in the pot and heat.
- Put the chopped onion. Fry till light gold colour appeared.
- Add the rice and stir for 1-2 mins.
- Add 3.5 cups hot water.
- Add shells and herbs.
- Cook for 15-20 min.
- Add CBD oil and stir (optional).
- Can be served hot or cold.
Notes
Serve warm or cold. You can enjoy with white wine.
