
Salty Cake with white cheese
Very easy to prepare and very delicious cake for any occasions

Ingredients
- 250 gr Bulgarian or Greek-style yogurt
- 4 Eggs
- 200 gr Bulgarian or Turkish or Greek-style white cheese
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- 5 tbsp Sunflower oil slightly preheated
- 14 tbsp Plain flour
- 50 gr Grated yellow cheese Optional
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, eggs, and the baking soda in a deep bowl.
- Add crushed white cheese, oil, and flour and stir.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tray.
- Sprinkle with yellow cheese (optional).
- Bake in preheated to 200 C oven for 30 min.
