Rice with Tomatoes and Olives

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 Midsize Onion
  • 250 gr Peeled plum tomatoes
  • 50 gr Fresh Parsley
  • 20 Kalamata Olives
  • 1 c White long grain Rice
  • 4 3/4 tsp CBD hemp oil (Optional)

Instructions

  • Wash one cup of rise.
  • Chop the onion and the parsley.
  • Put oil in the pot and heat.
  • Put the onion. Fry till light gold colour appeared.
  • Add the rice and stir for 1-2 mins.
  • Add 3 cups hot water.
  • Add tomatoes.
  • Cook for 15 min. Add the olives and cook for another 5 mins.
  • Release. Add the CBD hemp oil (optional). Stir gently.
  • Put the parsley on the top.

Notes

Serve warm or cold.
