A lovely recipe for breakfast or light lunch from my childhood.

  • Tray
  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 500 gr Pork mince
  • 5 Eggs
  • 50 gr Grated cheese I prefer mixed cheese
  • 1-2 pn Salt If needed
  • 2 pn Blank pepper
  • 2 pn Red pepper
  • 3 pn Savory
  • 2 pn Cumin
  • 1 Sliced bread I prefer Danish White Bread but you can use any depends on your taste and preferences.

Instructions

  • Mix the eggs in a bowl.
  • Add all herbs and stir.
  • Add the mince and stir till homogeneous mix appeared.
  • Arrange bread slices in the tray and spread with mince mix.
  • Put the cheese on the top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven ( 200 C) for 20 mins.

Notes

Serve hot. You can serve with Ayran - A great combination...or Beer 😉
