A lovely recipe for breakfast or light lunch from my childhood.

Ingredients
- 500 gr Pork mince
- 5 Eggs
- 50 gr Grated cheese I prefer mixed cheese
- 1-2 pn Salt If needed
- 2 pn Blank pepper
- 2 pn Red pepper
- 3 pn Savory
- 2 pn Cumin
- 1 Sliced bread I prefer Danish White Bread but you can use any depends on your taste and preferences.
Instructions
- Mix the eggs in a bowl.
- Add all herbs and stir.
- Add the mince and stir till homogeneous mix appeared.
- Arrange bread slices in the tray and spread with mince mix.
- Put the cheese on the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven ( 200 C) for 20 mins.
Notes
Serve hot. You can serve with Ayran - A great combination...or Beer 😉
