Ingredients
- 2 Little gem lettuce
- 100 gr King prawn flowered surimi In garlic oil
- 25 gr Mature Cheddar
- 1 tsp White vinegar On taste
Instructions
- Wash and drain the lettuce. Cut on midsize pieces and put in a bowl.
- Place surimi on the top and pour with the liquid.
- Add vinegar on taste.
- Grate the cheddar on top.
Notes
Serve immediately. You can enjoy with white or rose wine.
