Fried baby potatoes
- Deep pot
- Deep Bowl
- 500 gr Baby potatoes
- 10 gr Dill
- 4 Clove garlic
- 200 gr Sunflower oil
- Wash, drain and slice baby potatoes ( on 2 or 3 pieces each)
- Peel and slice the garlic.
- Preheat oil in the pot and put the garlic in.
- Fry the potatoes till gold colour appeared.
- Release and put in the bowl. ( Don't forget to cover the bottom with kitchen paper)
- When all potatoes are done put dill on the top.
