Dock Soup

Very delicious soup with fresh dock

  • Gas cooker

Ingredients

  • 400 gr Fresh dock
  • 2 tbsp Rice
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 2-3 pn Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Greek-style yogurt
  • 750 ml Hot water

Instructions

  • Wash, drain, and cut the dock
  • Cut the spring onions.
  • Preheat oil in the pot and add onions. Cook for 2 mins.
  • Add the dock and boiled water. Add the salt. Stir.
  • Add the rice. Cook for 20 mins.
  • Mix the egg and yogurt in a bowl. Add slowly a small quantity of soup and mix gently.
  • Pour the mixture into the pot steering continuously.
  • Release from the cooker.

Notes

Serve hot or cold.
