Dock with onion and sausage

Ingredients

  • 300 gr Fresh dock
  • 8-10 Spring onions
  • 150 gr Sausages
  • 1 tin Chopped tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2-3 pn Salt
  • 4 ¾tsp CBD Hemp oil Optional

Instructions

  • Blanche and cut the dock.
  • Cut the spring onions.
  • Slice the sausages.
  • Preheat oil in a pot and add onions. Cook for 2 mins.
  • Add the sausages and cook for 2 mins. Add the dock and stir. Add the salt.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and stir. Cook for 15 mins.
  • Release from the cooker and add CBD hemp oil. Stir gently. (Optional)
