- Blanche and cut the dock.
- Cut the spring onions.
- Slice the sausages.
- Preheat oil in a pot and add onions. Cook for 2 mins.
- Add the sausages and cook for 2 mins. Add the dock and stir. Add the salt.
- Add chopped tomatoes and stir. Cook for 15 mins.
- Release from the cooker and add CBD hemp oil. Stir gently. (Optional)
