Deep table spoon
- 400 gr Fresh dock
- 2 Spring Onion
- 6 Leaves fresh Mint
- 200 gr White cheese
- 4 Eggs (M or L)
- 200 gr Sunflower oil
Wash, drain and cut the dock.
Chop the onion and mint.
Blanche the dock.
Mix the dock, onion, mint, cheese and eggs in deep bowl.
Put the oil in the pan and heat.
Make croquettes grabbing from mixture and formatting with fingers.
Fry croquettes till gold colour appears.
Put fried croquettes in plate covered with kitchen roll to drain from oil.
