Instructions
- Wash, drain and cut the dock.
- Chop the onion and mint.
- Blanche the dock.
- Mix the dock, onion, mint, cheese and eggs in deep bowl.
- Put the oil in the pan and heat.
- Make croquettes grabbing from mixture and formatting with fingers.
- Fry croquettes till gold colour appears.
- Put fried croquettes in plate covered with kitchen roll to drain from oil.
Notes
Serve hot or cold with yogurt on iceberg lettuce leaves kanape.
