
Chicken with Okra
A lovely dish from my childhood. Adore it!

Ingredients
Instructions
- Wash and drain the okra.
- Chop the onion and the parsley.
- Put the oil in the pan and heat.
- Add chopped onion and fry till light gold colour appear.
- Add tomatoes and okra. Cook for 20 mins.
- Add the chicken and cook for another 5 mins.
- Release and add CBD hemp oil (Optional). Stir gently.
- Add the chopped parsley on the top.
Notes
Serve warm or cold. You can garnish with block of White cheese.
