Chicken with marrowfat peas
Very nice easy to prepare dish
Servings 4 people
- 500 gr Roasted Chicken Thighs or Drumsticks
- 600 gr Marrowfat peas
- 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 Midsize Onion
- 100 gr Plum tomatoes
- 4 pn Savory herb
- 2 pn Salt
- 4 ¾ tbsp CBD hemp oil (Optional)
Chop the onion. Cut the plum tomatoes on half.
Heat the oil and add onion and plum tomatoes. Cook till light gold colour appear.
Add the marrowfat peaks and chicken. If needed add some hot water.
Add the savory herb and salt. Cook about 12-15 mins.
Release from cooker. Add the CBD hemp oil (Optional) and stir.
Serve warm. Can put fresh parsley on the top.
