Bulgarian beans stew with Sausage
One of my favourite dishes from of our national cuisine.
Servings 4 people
- Chop the onion, mint, carrot and fresh red pepper. Slice the sausages.
- Put the oil in the pan and heat.
- Add chopped onion and fry till light gold colour appear.
- Put red pepper (herb) and stir for 2-3 secs.
- Add the rest of chopped products and the sausages.
- Add the white bins.
- Add chopped tomatoes and sliced sausage. Stir. Cook for 5 mins.
- Release from cooker.
- Add CBD hemp oil and stir (Optional).
You can serve hot or cold.
