
Baked potato with fillet and mild cheese
Amazing side dish. Easy to prepare.

- Microwave oven
- Ceramic bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Big potato
- 50 gr Fillet
- 15 gr Mild Cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pn Red Hot Chilli pepper
- 1/3 Leek
Instructions
- Warsh the potato and make 2 cross cuts.
- Slice the leek by the long side.
- Put the potato in the ceramic bowl and add butter on the top.
- Cook for 13 mins.
- Add the fillet and mild cheese. Cook for another 2-3 mins.
- Release and put red hot chilli pepper on the top.
- Garnish with leek.
Notes
Serve warm.
