
Twisted pie with dock
Very delicious spring dish. Easy to prepare at home.

Instructions
- Wash, blanche, drain and cut the dock. Out in a bowl.
- Add the crashed cheese, Olive oil and mint. Stir well.
- Spread the phyllo dough on the desktop.
- Spray the oil on the top sheet, put about 2 tbsp. of mixture and spread on the sheet.
- Spray oil into the baking plate and spread.
- Cover foil plate with one sheet of phyllo dough.
- Grab 3 sheets and twirl. Put in the foil plate (Look at video below).
- Repeat the steps.
- Mix the yogurt and egg in a bowl and add baking soda.
- Spread well on the top of the pie. Make some holes with fork.
- Bake for 30 mins. in preheated to 180 C oven.
