Penne with nettle and cheese
Light dish for lunch or dinner

- Deep Bowl
- Gas cooker
- Blanch and cut the nettle
- Boil 1 L water and cook the penne for 10-12 mins.
- Drain the penne and put in deep bowl.
- Put Olive oil in the pan, heat and add the nettle. Stir slightly for 5 mins.
- Mix the nettle with the penne in the bowl.
- Add the butter or CBD hemp oil (Optional) and stir gently.
- Add the cheese on the top.
