Mish Mash - Bulgarian Egg Scramble
Very easy to prepare delicious Bulgarian dish
Servings 2 people
- Gas cooker
- Cut the red piper, onion, and parsley
- Preheat oil in the pan
- Put veggies in the pan end cook for 3-4 min.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and stir.
- Add the crushed eggs and shredded cheese. Stir.
- Add parsley and stir gently.
Serve hot or cold. Enjoy.
