
Ham and creamy cheese borek on pan
Very delicious borek with light creamy filling

Ingredients
- 1 pack Ucgen yufka
- 100 gr Ham
- 200 gr Philadelphia cream cheese
- 50 gr Cheddar cheese Optional
- 2 Eggs
- 200 gr Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 pn Baking soda
- 1 tsp Sunflower oil For spraying the pan
- 1 tbsp Butter To spread on the top (Optional)
Instructions
- Mix eggs, yogurt, olive oil and baking soda in a bowl.
- Spray the pan with sunflower oil.
- Put 4 leaves of ucgen yufka to cover the bottom.
- Cut and put in the pan 4 leaves of yufka. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the leaves.
- Cover with 4 sheets of yufka. Add the ham, then the grated cheddar and creamy Philadelphia on top.
- Cut and put in the pan 4 leaves of yufka. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the leaves.
- Cover with 4 leaves of yufka and seal. (refer to the video below)
- Cook for 7-8 mins till dark gold colour and dark spots appeared.
- Turn the burek and repeat previous step.
- Release the burek and spread with butter on the top.
